Board chair & co-founder, brings more than 30 years of experience in medicine, wellness, and clinical research. Dr. Lavin combines a global perspective with deep medical expertise. She is a certified medical researcher, educator, and healthcare entrepreneur who believes that every treatment should be grounded in evidence, not trends. Her passion for innovation and patient care fuels her work with Multicare Community Services, where she champions equitable access to healthcare for underserved communities.
Board co-chair & co-founder, is a dedicated nurse and clinical investigator with a career shaped by both hands-on experience and a deep understanding of community healthcare. Maria brings compassion, insight, and a steadfast commitment to service. Her background in clinical research and patient care reflects her mission through Multicare Community Services: to ensure every individual, regardless of circumstance, is treated with dignity and respect.
serves as the Executive Director of Multicare Community Services. A licensed pharmacist and clinical investigator, she brings a robust background in healthcare delivery and public health. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s College of Pharmacy, Amanda has been instrumental in shaping the organization's programs to address both medical and social determinants of health. Her leadership focuses on developing initiatives that bridge clinical care with community support, ensuring that underserved populations receive comprehensive services that promote well-being and self-sufficiency.
